      Pros

      Very good company to work for with a good amount of workload. All of the staff are talkative and very knowledgable.

      Cons

      Management are very clueless, poor overall management while also extremely lacking man-to-man management and understanding the true fundamentals of the company. Huge lack of progression within the company, low wages and an evident divide between shop floor workers and office staff.
