Pros
I Never had interpersonal issues and my manager was supportive.
Cons
The workload was unreasonable and most of the implementation team works 12 hours a day to keep up with the expectations and not be negatively impacted or written up. This is a high stress, high burnout, high turnover, and chaotically ran company. Do not join Headspace if you are looking for work-life balance or a reprieve of any sort because the values don't extent to its employees. They also have not been profitable for the past 2 years. It reminds me of the non-profit grind honestly.
