- MINDay - every other Friday off. Sometimes every Friday off in summer - The most employee friendly company I have ever worked at. - Ratios speak. Gender parity with more women in the workforce and in leadership. - Brilliant engineering and product folks - some truly believe in the mission of improving the health and happiness of the world - Supporting and healthy organization vibe - the slack at Headspace is so cool.

- Too much work - can lead to burn out but it also has every other friday off
