      Good mission and a powerful, well-known brand. New CEO from DoorDash may turn things around (by gig-ifying mental health care)

      Be wary of VC backed healthcare ventures

      Pros

      It was pretty good while it lasted. The psychiatry team is great to work with.

      Cons

      It is now one of many 1099 platforms for therapists. Others pay higher rates. The in house EHR is not great and things seem pretty shaky overall.

      Solid cohort of other clinicians with regular check-ins and team meetings. I enjoyed working with most of my clients.

      Cons

      Poor compensation for clinicians, limited opportunities for growth. Management did not seem to prioritize retention of clinicians.
