      - Every other Friday off

      Cons

      - Laid someone off during maternity leave - 4 rounds of layoffs in 14 months - $5,000 to $10,000 worth of benefits cuts in the last year - No bonus payout - No raises or promotions - HIPAA violations in companywide Slack channels by executives (everyone can see the PHI) - CEO’s friends get paid a lot to belittle their colleagues and talk down to people - Multiple people say they cry regularly related to working here - When they lay off therapists, they ghost the people with therapy appointments, which is traumatizing for those people. - Last time during layoffs an app user came out as LGBTQ and got ghosted because the therapist was laid off.

      - its remote and you could grow out of a clinician role hopefully. - its a brand name.

      Cons

      - poor C- suite, who constantly spin stories and gaslight. - dont care about their employees as long as they have money flowing in.
