      Pros

      Good salary and benefits for a mental health role- way better than most agencies and hospitals.

      Cons

      Very high productivity requirement, shady about PTO, no autonomy over caseload. Minimal opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      In my career I've had the opportunity to work at companies with deep pockets and rocket ship trajectories that didn't have a lot to offer the world. Headspace is such a refreshing change because the work we do actually helps people on a daily basis. Being able to anchor in that mission helps get through the bad days, and feels incredibly rewarding on the good ones. Feels like we're heading towards something really special here. Also a huge fan of mind days and the really thoughtful benefits package.

      Cons

      Lots of post-merger shuffling (getting better); compensation not terribly competitive vs. other tech companies (which can make it difficult to hire); standard resourcing challenges common among non-FAANG companies
