      Pros

      I have been with headspace health for almost a year now and can honestly say I don't see myself going anywhere else any time soon. My managers are amazing, they have helped guide me to become a better coach. I feel confident that if I have a situation then I can go to any upper management and they would do their best to help. All of our concerns are heard as coaches and our voice truly matters. The values here are incredible and are important for us to follow. I love being a part of this amazing team and hope to see it grow in the future.

      Currently we are seeing a big increase in members, to combat job burnout more coaches may need to be hired.

      Lots of smart teammates that are great to work with, not as scummy as most tech companies

      The CTO and other senior engineering leadership has been in constant rotation for years and it's worse than ever since the merger. They used to at least be mostly hands off and let engineers make decisions in their areas of expertise, but now they've started making top-down decisions about our tech stack without the necessary knowledge or context and against the explicit recommendations of engineers. It's been hard enough to do good work here with such aimless leadership, but now they're actively getting in the way and making things worse.
