Top management is stagnant and dumb chicks,No individual growth,No proper transition,Bossism speaks much and sycophancy.No proper agenda,Every manager feels he is Subject Matter Expert and always treats other employ as low level.Meager chances of project movement.Situation has become worst after Genpact takeover.No apreciations and no perks.Simple to say,Headstrong makes you to lose your stronger points and you become weak.
