      Poor and unprofessional senior management

      Pros

      Team members and managers are nice. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

      Cons

      Very long work hours and package very low. Senior Management does not realize this. Lot of people are quiting. They are getting 40-50% better packages in other companies. Only people on to get paid well. There is no appreciation for hard work and ones who make projects succed
