Pros

- good focus on domain and financial services industry - good work life balance on most of the projects.

Cons

- over the last few years the management strategy has changed. It doesn't want to be a niche player in fin services anymore. It wants to be the next infosys and tcs. the hiring bar and compensation have gone down considerably as well. - too many mediocre people at junior/middle management levels.
