10 days vacation, No Bonus in US. Average 1.5% pay increment. Make no mistake about it that Headstrong/Genpact relationship is with their Client and not with their employees…. Manager communication is horrible, Yearly review was given by manager I never spoke with. Any request or question takes weeks to get a reply…
