Terrible place - will drive you crazy
Pros
Co-workers are great, Friday's are half days. That's literally it.
Cons
Where do I begin? Low pay for doing the work of multiple people because management won't hire and/or train new hires correctly. Too much pressure and criticism for not doing enough work when your department is limited in number and resources. Even employees who have been there for years and years feel the stress coming from management to do more, more, more when management themselves don't do anything except lie to their superiors about the (lack of) work they're doing themselves. My particular supervisor constantly delegated tasks that they were supposed to do for upper management, to the employees and later on took credit for completing it. That person constantly lied to their superior about how great the department was doing, despite everyone struggling to complete all the tasks being demanded. That supervisor never trained new hires, which led to the rest of the department being frustrated at the constant errors and mistakes which affected everyone else's work. Not to mention the office politics and personal matters of supervisors directly affecting the way they worked and how that trickled down to the employees.
