Pros

We get out early on Fridays. We have four day weekends if Monday or Friday is a holiday. They provide coffee.

Cons

There is no communication or room for growth. The job is extremely boring. They do not pay you enough. Management is absurdly strict.

Pros

Working here means that you are literally helping those in need and making California a better place to live. Its a lot of pressure to get things right and drives me to the the best work of my life for the individuals i assist. I am very proud to tell people that i work for Health Advocates when they ask what i do for a living.

Cons

It is very detailed and can be challenging at times.
