Pros

The in depth training that the company gave was very unique and showed dedication not only to the staff but also the dedication to the company.

Cons

The manager that I was working for wasn't that great in letting us take our breaks. That really is the only complain I could give.

Pros

Depending on your department, you can end up staying at HA for a long time if your heart so desires.

Cons

HR dept carries a big stick mentality for which it does apply the same principles for everyone. Micromanaging occurs in some circles.
