good work life balance, my supervisor was really understanding and nice.

Cons

no room for growth, you get raises every year but its only a few cents.

Free food every so often.

Cons

Over worked with unmanageable cases from cases that were inherited due to high turnover rates. No chance to move up in the company or compensation of pay after 5 years the only increase I received was $1.55 from the cost of living increase although my reviews each year were exceeds expectations.
