Free food every so often.

Cons

Over worked with unmanageable cases from cases that were inherited due to high turnover rates. No chance to move up in the company or compensation of pay after 5 years the only increase I received was $1.55 from the cost of living increase although my reviews each year were exceeds expectations.

The only pro is that the office closes early on Fridays.

Cons

The poor leadership in the federal benefits department makes Health Advocates a bad place to work. The company refuses to allow hourly staff to complete overtime this resulting in cases being under developed and improperly worked.
