      Work from home option can't offset poor conditions

      **Pros:** * Fully remote work model, providing flexibility and eliminating the need for daily commuting. * Only quarterly office visits are required, allowing for occasional in-person collaboration while maintaining the benefits of working from home.

      Cons

      * Poor work-life balance, with long working hours often becoming the norm. * A lack of a safe and supportive environment for women. Concerns or complaints are often not addressed with the seriousness they deserve, leading to a lack of confidence in the grievance process. * Excessive micromanagement, which limits autonomy, reduces trust, and negatively impacts employee morale and productivity.

      Pros

      Open door policy is something I heard a lot about but practised here. All the management and TMs are easily accessible and happy to help. Lots of scope to learn new things and lots of perks too.

      Cons

      It's hard to find anything that cannot be said straight to the management in the office. So I will park this for now. :P
