1) mission focused company who is determined to help clients 2) prefers and focuses on internal promotion 3) loyal to their staff 4) creative in their approach to work in the field 5) sets a high bar for quality of service and removing barriers for staff

I have worked for Health Connect for over 10 years. This company is unique in that the CEO really cares about the staff and personally understands their struggles. The leadership goes to great lengths to try to figure out any issues or even see if another position is a better fit. This company lives up to it's mission and vision.

Cons

No cons. Disgruntled ex employees will post things that just aren't true.
