-growing company -likes to promote from within—lots of opportunity for working way up from direct care to management position -accredited agency that is focused on continuous quality improvement to provide excellent services to adults, children and families -teamwork is valued -employees’ opinions are valued and their needs/wants are incorporated into the company’s strategic plans -lots of women in leadership positions -Supportive to employee needs to prevent burnout

Multi-state company. Management positions require a lot of traveling—must be willing/able to travel

Great corporate team! Love having a lady CEO! Supervisors are very understanding of the "life happens" situations! Everyone wants to help the clients, in any way possible! I have been here 4 years and promoted several times! Fair benefits and great pay! Several different job and growth opportunities!
