Pros
This company is a fantastic place to work. The culture alone makes this the best job I have ever had. A lot of corporate jobs within retail have a toxic culture. This is the complete opposite. Everyone is so nice & respectful to each other, HR works really hard on planning events that are fun and inclusive of everyone. Upper management treats you like real people and wants to hear everyone's thoughts and concerns. Some additional perks are Unlimited PTO, Summer Fridays, Seamless lunch once a month, etc. & of course FULLY REMOTE :)
Cons
The Pro's severely outweigh the Con's but if I had to say anything it would be because of the nature of the business there are blackout dates that you can't take PTO between Christmas and New Years which is somewhat inconvenient when you have kids. Also the compensation is a little on the lower side of the industry, not terrible though.
