Great work environment for Self-Starters and Go-Getters. Constant opportunities for growth and career advancement. They have a commitment to happiness and health with their committee for culture/events, healthy snacks weekly, and even a gym membership compensation. They're always adding more perks like meditation sessions weekly, accommodations for those who want to stand as they work, and even a monthly work from home day. They have constant company engagement, with many social activities and team building events throughout the year.

Cons

They have spoiled me from ever wanting to go another company.

Pros

The most amazingly curated group of people I have had the pleasure of working with in years! Everyone from the CEO down is incredibly open and accessible for help, feedback and anything you need. You really feel like you are an integral part of something big. Goals and objectives are very clear. Management is AMAZINGLY friendly and empathetic while being professional and focused. Social events, outings and free coffee, tea, fresh fruit peppered with other healthy treats on occasion. I love my job, team and am definitely planting roots for the long term here. Great benefits, too.

Cons

They do not match 401K contributions. You have to be okay with riding waves of extreme volume to almost none at all.
