Lots of change, but the future is bright!

Pros

The company is investing in new products, sales and marketing. Strong parent company, Dice. Good people and culture. Fair benefits/vacation time.

Cons

There has been a lot of change in the last few years and it was a bit of a bumpy journey with new leaders and reorganizations. With the purchase by Dice in 2013 and new leadership in place, things finally seem to be stabilizing.

Cons

Pay isn't very good compared to colorado average. Company is in constant flux of change and high turn over with employees.

Pros

Clients and coworkers are great. Vacation and flex time is good.

Cons

Constant territory changes. Poor decisions with realignment. Managers are clueless regarding the marketplace and treat employees like preschoolers. Micro manage sales people and scold us if our call logs aren't active enough. Management is the most dishonest group I have ever worked for. People who lie and cheat are still there and others are let go or constantly being threatened. Clients pay far too much for the service.
