Pros

Work life balance, strong culture, great atmosphere. Good benefits. Client base was a pleasure to work with. The coffee was ok.

Cons

Favoritism, lack of growth, hands off management. There isn’t much else I could say negatively about the company. I enjoyed my time there.

Health eCareers hires really great people that make fantastic coworkers. It feels like one big family that pushes you and encourages you to be your best. There are opportunities for growth and ways to pave your own path.

Cons

There are a lot of great ideas coming from the employees and our leadership listens, but sometimes it's tough to get everything accomplished.
