I joined a month back, I am listing the pros I found about the company 1. Recruitment process was very smooth, 3 rounds for my role. The HR team coordinated the process really well. The final round with HR was the best HR round I have attended so far. 2. Company culture is really good. Being a person new to the industry, I am getting enough time to pick up and I am happy with the support from HR and the managers. Leadership is doing a fantastic job and maintaining a good atmosphere in the organization. 3. They are recruiting people from other industries which I think is very good since it brings knowledge from different fields.
