Very good work-life balance, R & D in healthcare, technology stack, employee benefits are good.

Cons

Not a con, but since team is geographically distributed the week days are bit over stretch to cater the US timings and meeting are long hours.

Loaded fully with street level politics especially in product management area.senior employees mix up with managers and target the innocent employees.
