      Comapny leadership IS NOT what it appears to be

      Pros

      --great flexibility for the remote woker --relatively high compensation to get you on board --everyone gets equity --fantastic product line

      Cons

      --expectations are for perfection and if that is not delivered you are old news --inqeuity on starting compensation --leadership is simply over their head --if you do not write code, the CEO has no use for you --once you arrive you are on yoru own

      A lot of places say they care about people, this place really seems to.

      Cons

      Not enough direction from leadership. One day they want one thing, next day they want something else, but they don't always tell you what the something else is.
