Healthedge is a great company to work for with a strong vision and supportive managers. Many new technology initiatives are underway which is exciting.

Cons

Some growing pains as changes are made which is typical.

Free lunch and free transport

Cons

The new hyderabad operations head has been criticized for being disengaged, failing to interact with employees, and not addressing critical issues within the team. He always take names of previous leaders as if he was not part of the decision makers while taking those decisions. He sits in his own cabin and never interacts with employees. Not sure how he was selected for this role.

• The interview process seemed structured and well-organized at the start.

Cons

• Lack of timely feedback and communication post-interview. • Unprofessional behavior, including being blocked by an HR representative without explanation. • Constant delays with no proper reasoning, such as personal matters or internal job postings being prioritized. • Overall disappointment in the recruitment experience after investing time and energy.
