      Healthcare Benefits vacation and sick days are great Most staff are good to work with

      Cons

      Product vision is uncertain without a strong leader. Overwhelming backlog and lack staff with skills to complete backlog. Product Manger yells at colleagues during meetings. Tech debt is severe with no roadmap to fix items Clients suffer from poor planning Company cuts corners to deliver product without plans to fix it Staff is not trained to use the product and keep up with training. Too many pivots in the vision Unable to set long term goals. CEO sets unrealistic OKRs for product department Multiple barriers to complete assigned work.

      Thank you for the review! We have a bi-annual promotion cycle, which is more frequent than most organizations, but promotions are only given to a select, deserving few.
