      Been with HealthEdge for 3 years. This company cares about its employees with flexible work location, employee engagement, and great benefits. Fast growing and success, if a solid pace, change, and new opportunities appeal to you. CEO has both a strong vision for the future and cares about what the employees think at the individual level.

      Cons

      Fast growing companies can be hectic at times, but the management team is investing is experienced leaders, tools, and processes.

      The culture at Healthedge is good. They provide guidance for career growth. Good work life balance. Twice in a year EPICs to understand growth parameters.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth in skills. You would have to actively seek out opportunities if you want to learn new technologies. Healthedge has its own private network data centers. This could be pro or con depending on what you are looking for
