Pros

Process for BackLog refinement and sprint planning is getting better. Committment to not working all hours of the day is real. Work/life balance is improving. good people to work with. Bennies other than Pay are pretty good.

Cons

Health Insurance software is not very sexy. Pay could be better.

There are no pros that I found to working at Healthedge

Cons

Management is outright deceitful and will set you up for failure. Lied to by direct supervisor then gas lit by HR. Micromanaging at its finest. Poor compensation! Absolutely no work life balance! Awful culture!
