      Pros

      Fast growth, the company is only moving up. Fun & productive culture. Was able to talk to friendly faces every day.

      Cons

      Meetings can run long. Certain tasks can be rushed simply for their resulting benefit, when the actual workload is not considered. Face-to-face meetings are not normalized across the company. Some of the people I work the closest with, I've never seen. Although the process was decent overall, there were many hiccups during on-boarding that could have been resolved with more attention from IT.

      My team is always there to support me or answer any questions/ concerns that I had. The incredible growth the company has experienced in the past few years has enabled plenty of learning opportunities for employees, and the growth can likely be attributed to the solid and supportive culture of the organization

      Cons

      If you are looking for a job or position with a lot of structure, it may not be the place for you. Not only is the industry changing rapidly, teams within the company must be able to adapt and problem solve with new and different obstacles that come up. An ability to accept and embrace change is crucial
