      this is for Guiding Care: executive Management decisions and lack of transperancy of communication; intimidation and Unprofessional etiquette by onshore SVP. creating environment of Constant fear and intent to humiliate by onshore SVP.

      Pros

      People generally care for the company's mission and values, and teamwork is very good (although cross-functional development is still challenging). Resources work hard to help clients, although clients often do not realize that. New health benefits are excellent! CEO communicates well and often.

      Cons

      The clients' pressure is intense, and teams often have to make decisions that make sense in the short term but not in the long term. In theory, the company wants to be more strategic and set boundaries with unreasonable client expectations, but in reality, it is usually unable to do that.

      Pros

      Every year you will get high % of increment around 25-35%. For higher posts I am not sure. Good Work Life Balance. Many new projects are going on so good place to learn if you get those project but old projects are using old techstack

      Old Projects are on old Java Tech Stack
