The CEO and founder are two of the greatest leaders. I would run through a brick wall for Steve Neeleman. I really believe in the our products, especially the HSA. Working from home has been better than I originally thought and leadership trusts us to manage ourselves during remote work.

Cons

My department has seen a lot of turnover. A lot of strong, female leadership and team members have been driven out or have quit because of the type of new department leadership. Many male team members have left as well. This has not been addresses or handled with very much concern despite the alarming turnover rate. The culture has declined immensely.

Pros

Caring what the employees want and family first mentality. They really listen to us when they survey us on our opinions. They are very transparent in their decision making as well. Executive management is very open door and very kind and personable.

Cons

The one con that I can think of is salary. I think the salaries should be evaluated to make sure they are equal. The newer employees came into the previous acquisition making more than the existing employees with more experience. I think Healthequity should review them and make an adjustment.
