Thank you for your review of HealthEquity! I love that you call out culture and benefits, and am glad that you feel those are done right. Regarding your feedback - we definitely don't want you to feel like "just another number." Working from home definitely has it's benefits, but isolation can be a very real side effect that we need to continue to battle. I'd suggest being vocal about how you feel with your leader if you haven't already. Additionally, feel free to reach out to our culture and engagement team for ideas on how to engage with your team and not feel alone, even if you're physically separated from your teammates.
