Not enough people on phones for the amount of members calling in, pay doesn't increase well enough, calls are being more scripted instead of us being able to help mbrs like needed, harder to move up as well or to different departments

The pros to this job is they don’t mind promoting from within the company and your supervisors care to get things done for you

Cons

Cons are that it’s just not enough money and mentally it’s draining because not only are you at work from home but that gives you time to sit in your thoughts and constantly receiving negative calls all day can drive someone insane especially when they’re dealing with their own personal things also there is a change every day and I get that you got to get accustomed to changes but every day is a bit much…
