      Pros

      My team and everyone I have been in contact with are incredible and have far exceeded my expectations of co-workers and managers. The people are extremely talented and dedicated, and willing to help people learn and grow in their career.

      Cons

      With COVID-19 this has been a difficult year and coordination remotely hasn't been as good as it was when I initially started, however I don't know that anything could have been done to fix these issues.
