Pros

Great company and culture. Great benefits. A company that truly believe in their values and their team members.

Cons

Not big on working from home, but that might change with the recent pandemic, team members have been working from home since March. Hopefully they will allow more WFH options once the pandemic is over.

Thank you for adapting to the remote work environment - I similarly wouldn't have volunteered to work from home initially, but am now interested to see what options may become available to the team post-pandemic!
