      Pros

      I love working at health equity. The benefits are amazing (although a 6000 deductible for 2 people is a little high, but not the worst). I think that it is great that they offer the opportunity to work from home and the flexibility on scheduling is a lot more flexible than previous places I have worked. I love having paid holidays and paid time off. Health equity really does treat their employees really well. There has never been a day that I have considered quitting healthequity. I could see myself working here basically forever. I like that they encourage people to set goals and look into exploring different areas of the company and I feel very supported. I love that I am not micromanaged too much here, as long as I am doing everything I need to be and meeting expectations, I am not really bothered and if I need help with something I get the help I need. I love how many resources there are so that we can learn everything about the company and everything we have to offer. I also love that there is now a way for members to submit feedback on the website, it was something that members always want to do if they have suggestions and now they can.

      Cons

      I wish that we had separate sick leave pay rather than having to use PTO when we get sick. The website and app need some work. For people that don't work here and spend all day on the website and know it better than the back of their hand, it is hard to navigate, especially for the reimbursement accounts. I think the member suggestions will help with that though.

      Pros

      The company really tries to promote internally, and they are a quickly growing company so there are plenty of opportunities. They also try to promote fun at work, although that's challenging on the call floor.

      It's a quickly growing company, which makes for fast a frequent changes.
