      Company as a whole is okay but my department was a mess.

      The company really does care for its employees and the CEO is personal.

      Cons

      The department I was part of is a mess and needs some reorganizing and managers need to understand how to lead.

      Pros

      There is always room to grow. They promote both mental and physical wellness. They understand that team members have a life outside of work.

      Cons

      This may or may not be a con for some, but the structure of the company is constantly changing.
