      Pros

      I can honestly say I'm not just a number for once at a company. HealthEquity truly cares about the wellbeing of their employees both on and off the field. You know you work for a great organization when you get a random invite from the CEO of the company to chat about how your life is and how he can personally help you achieve any of your goals. Not to mention we get paid pretty well too!

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but HealthEquity is a fast growing company and the pace is fast. Maybe too fast for some.

      Pros

      Employees are treated like people, not just a number or butt in the seat. Suggestions for improvement or concerns are listened to an implemented when possible. Upward growth is viewed as a positive and my leaders have always tried to help me achieve my goals.

      Cons

      I don't always balance my work and normal life well. It's always encouraged to take time off but during times of the year, that isn't possible and it doesn't always feel possible even when it's not busy.
