Pros

The majority of individuals are working hard in their spheres to progress the product, the company, and the cause. Moving together like a herd of skilled workers makes each individual feel like a positive contributor.

Cons

Sometimes groups or individuals want to move faster than the whole can move. So having to dial that back and be patient while still pushing the company values can be difficult on occasion.

HealthEquity has been, and still is, a dynamic fast-paced organization and is now accomplishing this at a larger scale. This creates new opportunities to strengthen our communication and collaboration to appropriately move/pivot in the right direction. Fantastic opportunity to build together - and yes, while engaging with a great product. This work truly does make a difference in the millions of lives we serve. This company cares so much about it's employees. I can work remote or in the office. Benefits and bonuses are awesome, people are outstanding, they mean what they say and listen to your suggestions. Plenty of change for advancement and career pathing. Always an opportunity for a challenge

Amazing spread of genders across leadership. Yes, that matters a lot to a woman in corporate America. Executives that actually care about their employees (amazing benefits, perks, Quarantine Care packages sent to everyone, Quarantine Bonus to get through rough times, Bonus Pool, Performance Bonuses) Leadership that listens and encourages success on the Teams
