      Pros

      Each team, while successfully working on their own specialty, also has great investment and incorporates time and training to ensure the full-picture functionality of HealthEquity. There's great opportunity for growth within each different department and personal growth and development is not only embraced, it's encouraged!!

      Cons

      It's located at the far South end of the Salt Lake valley, so the commute can be stressful at high traffic times.

      HealthEquity has a wonderful culture where everyone works together to create the very best service possible for our members and clients. HealthEquity also provides lots of fun activities for employees and families.

      Cons

      HealthEquity is growing very quickly and that presents some challenges (but also a lot of opportunities).

      Pros

      The company cares a lot about their employees and it's very evident in all of the different activities that they plan. The culture of the company is better than any work environment I have ever been apart of.

      Cons

      With rapid growth comes the potential for some growing pains, whether it has to do with building space or the number of accounts sponsored. The forecasting has improved over the last few years.
