Pros
The company is growing very quickly in a new market of healthcare. Managers and leaders are very willing to share their knowledge about the company and help with anything you may be stuck on. Fairly flexible schedule and great benefits. They definitely try to help with stress levels and have many company parties/social events. You are given recognition for your contributions and there are always opportunities opening up to move to different positions in the company.
Cons
Compensation isn't the highest in the industry, but it is competitive. There are certain people who can make or break your career, so you definitely need to watch yourself. Maternity benefits are some of the worst I've seen at other companies.
