      Excellent Culture and Benefits - My Favorite Employer so far!

      Pros

      I love the people here. The emphasis on culture is EXCELLENT. It is by far my favorite company that I have ever worked for. At HealthEquity, you're not an employee ID number. You're a name and a face and you're appreciated. This is a company that truly exemplifies "Train people well enough they can leave, treat them well enough they won't want to.” The benefits here are great, from Health/Dental/Vision Insurance to 401K and HSA matching. They have lots of fun events and programs to keep people engaged, motivated, educated and excited about being here. The pay is very competitive too. I am very, very happy here.

      Cons

      While the company does allot funds for certification courses, there is no formal tuition reimbursement program. I'm confident they'll eventually implement it. I mean, they do everything else. Why not tuition reimbursement, right? Once they implement that (hopefully) their benefits package will be SOLID!

      Pros

      The company is very caring for its employees and recognizes the that you have a personal life outside of work. Time is given to take care of little emergencies. We also have some really cool parties and 25 cent vending machines.

      Cons

      There isn't a lot of opportunity for an increase in Salary within current role. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement to other teams and departments, but not within existing roles.

      Pros

      HealthEquity makes heroic efforts to create a comfortable, exciting work environment. Company incentives, regular company wide-events, large bonuses, competitive-pay, family-friendly work schedules, and countless opportunities for advancement are just a few reasons to work for HealthEquity. It would take A LOT for me consider leaving this company.

      Cons

      The only con with this company is their policy for promotions. They have a limit on how much a salary can increase regardless of how large a transition you are making and regardless of how much they had budgeted to pay an external candidate. However, they make up for that by increasing the frequency of promotions. This is a very minor item when compared to the pros.
