      Great Benefits, Poor Training

      Pros

      Benefits are amazing. HSA matching, 401k, Stock Options. Salary employees receive unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Training experience is terrible which leads to a lot of confusion and chaos within the company. Resources/procedures are hard to find. There's also been a lot of change in executive management in the last few years which has led to some unease in the company.

      The workplace culture is very focused on Utah and Midwest values, not much understanding for queer identities, lots of football metaphors (masculine-dominated work culture)
