      good benefits nice office fast pace receptionist is nice

      No Guidance No warnings No opportunities if you don't fit in with the crowed in management Lots of gossiping and putting down other TL No recolonization for the good work put in Lot of racial comments within the company Management is Favorited Mbr services is bottom of the barrel

      Excellent culture, by far the best I have ever seen in my career Flexible working hours Management vision is strong and communicated Strong financial performance Excellent benefits beyond paycheck/many intangibles that aren't always marketed Feels like home, I absolutely love this company and the people I work with

      Pros

      -Supervisors are supportive and help you achieve your goals. -A lot of opportunity to advance within the company.

      Cons

      -The company has expanded their offices into two buildings on the same campus. The separation is creating an environment of "us" and "them". Although many employees began their career at HealthEquity in member services, there is definitely a "better than" attitude forming.

We have a better opportunity to succeed as our team members are vocal about their experiences so thank you for raising this issue. We strive to create a whole 'one team' mentality and if there are unknown barriers to this, we encourage others to speak up appropriately. We will continue to monitor the 'pulse' of the organization within the two buildings and at all levels of the organization so each can feel valued and appreciated for their contributions.
