      Pros

      I really enjoy working for a healthcare employer that lives out its mission and emphasizes the way that daily work reflects company and community values.

      Cons

      Being a care delivery system and an insurer can lead to some messaging disconnects. Holidays for employees on the insurance side of the business are kind of stingy and tied to the fact that care delivery does not close many days. So benefits are a mixed bag - health coverage is great, PTO is not.
