Very antiquated mindset throughout company, extremely behind the times. There are a lot of tenured leaders who have never worked outside the company in 20+ years causing a close minded and naive management style. Not growth minded, more reactive than proactive. Lack of leadership & support. Training takes 1-2 years, before even the basics become manageable. Unwelcoming to new people from outside the company. Makes it very difficult to catch on, lack of support from leadership. Very dismissive when you voice your basic training/tools to do your job.
