      Amazing company to work for

      Pros

      The environment is supportive and welcoming. This fully inclusive corporate company is the first place that truly doesn’t feel like a corporate company. Management is stellar, helpers are stellar and, you’re never left with questions on next steps. 10/10 would recommend!

      Cons

      In all honesty, I have yet to find a con. Benefits are amazing, PTO is amazing and the people are amazing! There’s no toxic leadership and they truly want to see you grow here. Nothing bad to say.

      Pros

      Great work ethic and mission, genuinely seemed to care about its member base and training its employees. Very by-the-book, no corner-cutting.

      Cons

      Demand on call center reps is insanely high. Company allows a lunch break and one fifteen minutes break during an 8hr shift. If you weren't on the phone constantly, you would get an email asking what you were doing. Time off needs to be reserved six months in advance. New employees will be on the 10-7pm shift. Training has high drop out rate due to how demanding it is, so they never have enough reps on the floor. Compensation is below average.
