Poor leadership and unattainable goals have made it difficult to feel proud of the work being done. The focus has shifted noticeably toward profit rather than patient care. Employees are rarely acknowledged for their hard work or achievements, and morale across the office has suffered greatly. I once worked with a fantastic team, but management and so-called “leaders” have driven the environment into the ground. I entered healthcare to help people, yet I no longer feel that’s what HealthPartners stands for. The organization is burning out dedicated clinicians and, in turn, compromising patients’ access to quality care. If you want to be treated by exhausted, overworked providers, unfortunately, that’s what HealthPartners has become.

Contract to hire. Training could be wayyy better.
